Static addresses, metered data

USA ISP Proxies and USA Residential Proxies in the Same Account as Our Mobile Lines

Until now GlobalProxies sold one thing: dedicated 4G and 5G lines on carrier SIMs in hardware we operate. From today the same account carries two more products. USA ISP proxies are static IPv4 addresses registered to American carrier and cable networks, billed per IP per month and racked in Virginia. USA residential proxies are rotating data from real home connections, billed per GB, with a shared rotating mobile pool priced the same way. Nothing about the mobile lines changes; they keep their 15 GB per day allowance and their prices. What changes is that a customer, a reseller or an API user no longer needs a second provider for a fixed address or for metered data. The catalogue, the prices and the rules follow.

Static USA ISP proxies: the catalogue

Each ISP address is a single IPv4 that stays with your order for the whole term. The network on the label is the network that announces it, so a lookup returns AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, RCN or T-Mobile and a Virginia location for the American lines. The table is read live from the same catalogue the checkout uses.

Rotating residential and mobile data, metered by the GB

Residential data is drawn from home connections in 190+ countries and billed only for what passes through. One order feeds any number of generated lists, each targeted to a country and optionally a state, city or ASN, rotating on every request or holding an address for up to 30 minutes. The mobile pool beside it does the same with shared 4G and 5G addresses.

Three products in one account, and the job each one does

A dedicated GlobalProxies line is a modem or a phone with its own SIM, rented to one customer, with 15 GB per day and rotation whenever you ask for it. It is the right tool when a website has to see the same American phone week after week, and most of our customers will never need anything else.

A static ISP address answers a different question: what if the IP must never change at all? Cellular addresses move when the carrier decides, even on a line you never rotate. An ISP address sits in a rack, is announced by a cable or carrier network, and stays exactly where it is for one, three, six or twelve months. Whitelists, long-lived seller accounts and monitoring that should look like one household every day all prefer it.

Residential data is for jobs measured in requests rather than identities. A crawl that needs a thousand different households in one state, a price check from a country where we run no modems, a test of how a page renders to a visitor in another market: these want breadth, and breadth is cheaper by the gigabyte than by the line. The rotating mobile pool gives the same breadth on cellular addresses.

The static ISP catalogue, network by network

Five American networks are on sale. AT&T Native is the senior address at $4 per IP per month; it has been on the carrier longest. AT&T Fresh, Comcast Native, Frontier Native and RCN Fresh are each $2.40 per IP per month. T-Mobile Legacy is the budget ISP line at $2.10 per IP per month. In the catalogue, Native means the address has a long history on that network, Fresh means it is newer to the proxy market, and Legacy is the plain low-cost pick.

Two European lines join them for buyers who need an address outside the United States: DTAG Fresh, which reads as the United Kingdom, and Orange Fresh, which reads as France, both ISP lines at $2.40 per IP per month. Telus Fresh in Canada is listed but sold out at the moment; it will reappear in the table when stock returns.

Every table on this page is generated from the catalogue the dashboard charges from, so a price you read here is the price you pay at checkout, today, with no quote to request first.

  • AT&T Native: $4 per IP per month, the longest-held ISP addresses
  • AT&T Fresh, Comcast Native, Frontier Native, RCN Fresh, DTAG Fresh, Orange Fresh: $2.40 per IP per month
  • T-Mobile Legacy: $2.10 per IP per month, the budget ISP line
  • Telus Fresh (Canada): in the catalogue, sold out right now

Ten addresses, one term, one login

An ISP order holds at least ten addresses and runs for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The smallest order is therefore ten IPs for one month: $21 on the T-Mobile Legacy ISP line, $24 on any of the $2.40 ISP lines, $40 on AT&T Native. Larger orders simply multiply.

Every address in the order shares a single login. You pick username and password, an IP whitelist, or SOCKS5 at checkout, and the same credential works on all ten or all hundred addresses. Change your mind later from My Proxies and the dashboard regenerates credentials for the whole order, so plan the switch for a quiet moment.

If separate clients or separate tools need separate credentials, the clean answer is separate orders. Resellers usually do exactly that: one order per end customer, each with its own login and its own renewal date.

USA residential proxies by the gigabyte

Rotating residential data costs $2 per GB and nothing else: no per-list fee, no expiry, no minimum beyond one gigabyte. The data sits on the order until your traffic uses it, whether that takes a day or a year. Top up from the order page whenever you like, or turn on auto top-up and name an amount to be added each time less than a tenth remains.

From one order you generate as many proxy lists as you need. Choose the country, narrow to a state, a city or an ASN if the task calls for it, pick rotating or sticky, and set the number of lines. Each line arrives as host, port, username and password, ready to paste into a scraper, a browser profile or a config file.

Rotating gives every request a fresh household. Sticky keeps one address for a window you set, up to 30 minutes, long enough to sign in, fill a form or complete a checkout as one visitor. Only traffic that actually flows is metered; generated lists cost nothing on their own.

The shared mobile pool, and why it is not a GlobalProxies line

The rotating mobile pool sells shared 4G and 5G data at $10 per GB. The addresses come from a large population of real phones, other customers draw on the same pool, and targeting stops at country, state and city; there is no ASN filter on mobile. Sticky and rotating work as they do for residential, and the data never expires.

It is the wrong product for holding one identity. For that, a dedicated line with its own SIM, its 15 GB per day and rotation only when you trigger it is both steadier and, past a few gigabytes, cheaper. The pool earns its place when the job is many cellular addresses in many places for a short time, which no single modem can provide.

For API users and resellers

GlobalProxies runs a public API and a reseller program, and both are described on their own page. The ISP and residential products live in the same account as your lines and your API key, so a reseller who already provisions mobile lines through us can offer fixed addresses and metered data from the same balance. Reseller terms for these products are agreed with support, the same way they are for mobile lines.

Orders placed for an end customer behave like any other: one login per ISP order, data that never expires on residential orders, and a renewal reminder three days before an ISP term ends. Keep one order per end customer and each of them gets its own credentials and its own renewal date.

Buying, renewing, refunds, and the mobile line for comparison

Open Buy Proxy in the GlobalProxies dashboard and you now see three choices: Mobile for dedicated lines, Residential for the two metered pools, and ISP for static addresses. Payment comes from your account balance, the order appears on My Proxies at once, and the Telegram bot sells the same three products.

ISP orders run to the end of their term and renew by the month. Auto-renew from balance is optional; without it you get a reminder three days before the end. An extension adds months at the rate you locked in. Removing an ISP order early stops it immediately with no refund, so size the term to the job. Residential and mobile pool orders removed within seven days return the unused gigabytes to your balance; after seven days the data stays and keeps working.

Set against the dedicated line, the numbers are easy to hold in your head: a GlobalProxies 4G line is $10 a day or $150 a month and a 5G line is $15 a day or $200 a month, each with 15 GB per day, while ISP addresses are $2.10 to $4 per IP per month and residential data is $2 per GB. One identity for a long time points at the line; many addresses, or an address that must never move, point at the other two.

USA ISP and residential proxies, answered

Are the ISP addresses in the same cities as your mobile lines?

No. The American ISP addresses are racked in Virginia and resolve to the carrier on the label, whichever metro our modems sit in. A particular US city on a fixed address is a job for a dedicated GlobalProxies line in that city.

Can a reseller sell ISP and residential lines too?

Yes. They sit in the same account and the same balance as the mobile lines you already provision. Reseller pricing for them is arranged with support, as it is for mobile.

What does one ISP order cost at minimum?

Ten addresses for one month. On T-Mobile Legacy that is $21 for the ISP order, on the $2.40 ISP lines it is $24, and on AT&T Native it is $40. The dashboard quotes the exact figure before you pay.

How is the residential data metered?

By the gigabyte that actually passes through the proxies, at $2 per GB for residential. Lists you generate but never use cost nothing, and unused data has no expiry date.

Is the rotating mobile pool a GlobalProxies 4G or 5G line?

No. The pool is shared cellular data at $10 per GB from many phones, targeted by country, state or city. A GlobalProxies line is one SIM in one device for one customer with 15 GB per day. Pool for variety, line for identity.

Can I switch an ISP order from password login to a whitelist?

Yes, from My Proxies. The switch regenerates the credentials for every IP in that order, so update your tools right after.

What is refunded if I cancel?

Nothing on an ISP order; it stops immediately and the remaining term is forfeited. On a residential or mobile pool order removed within seven days, the unused gigabytes return to your balance.

The dedicated line is still the core

A GlobalProxies 4G or 5G line is one carrier SIM in hardware we run, rented to you alone, with 15 GB per day and rotation on demand. For a single American phone identity held over weeks, nothing on this page replaces it.
